Fix for Power Manager 3 removal problems

Thank you to Michael Henley and Jamie Shaw for getting in touch about problems when removing/uninstalling Power Manager.

If you are experiencing problems after removing Power Manager, download and run this updated removal script.

Remove Power Manager.command

This removal script fixes and improves the following:

Fixed uninstaller script bug that caused Automator to crash.
Fixed restart request in uninstaller script (Mac OS X 10.3.9).
Safe guarded against effects of an interrupted uninstaller run.
Removed numerous authorisation requests in uninstaller (Mac OS X 10.3.9).

Later this week we will be releasing a formal update to Power Manager to include this updated file; until then this file will help other users suffering the same problems as Michael and Jamie.
