Power Manager 3.7.3 Launched

Today, we launched DssW Power Manager 3.7.3 for Mac OS X. This is a minor update to our core energy saving solution.

The update is recommended for all users of Power Manager, but not essential.

Power Manager 3.7.3 introduces a new implementation of our Login Window notification mechanism. This update also hands over more responsibility to launchd for managing our background agents and daemons. This change should result in increased stability, even when errors occur.

With this latest release, we have discontinued support for Mac OS X 10.3.9, aka Panther.

Power Manager 3.7.3 works well with Mac OS X 10.6, aka Snow Leopard.
