Changes to filter level can be observed, without polling, using log.filterlevel, kPMObserveLogFilterLevel.

Security

filter level can be requested by any authenticated client.

Unauthenticated clients are authorized using the uk.co.dssw.powermanager.log.filterlevel right. By default, only local processes belonging to administrator can send a filter level request.
