1. Occasionaly, when I wake my iBook by opening the lid, it seems OK for a few seconds then the screen goes blank. I press the return key and the mouse button and I am back in business in a few sceonds. Total time lost is something less that about six seconds.

No big deal but I wondor how unusual this is and why it is happening. --

  2. The same thing happens to my emac. I wrote in and ask what to do and got no replys. If you find out what or why would you be so kind and let me know.
    Thank you.

  3. Now that I'm into eBay sniping, is there a way to schedule this Mac to wake from sleep at the crucial time (apart from setting a repeating schedule in Energy Saver)?

  4. Funnily enough, I've had this page open in a tab for a few days meaning to investigate...

  5. That works very well when used in conjunction with Chalaut (from the same site). Thanks.
