Copy to Applications

Before Power Manager’s Scheduler can be installed, the Power Manager application must be copied into your computer’s Applications folder.

The Scheduler is stored within of the Power Manager application. It’s location on the computer is critical. If the Power Manager application is not in the Applications folder, the Scheduler will not work as expected.

If you need help placing the Power Manager into the Application folder, download and install the packaged edition.

Running Outside of /Applications

You can run Power Manager from the disk image or another location on your computer. You will be able to connect to and manage the Scheduler running on remote computers but not on the local computer.
