Hi everybody,
I'm running OS 9.1 on m G4 400mhz which I
downloaded so I don't have a CD. Problem is I can't make my Mac sleep when I want to i.e by going to the control strip and clicking on the sleep button. Seems this problem came around after upgrading from OS 9.0.4 but I'm not too sure. Could anybody help out? TIA :-)

Hmmm...I guess that's not it, then.
Dumb question, but you've set the Energy Saving panel advanced option to allow push-button sleep, right?
