Is there an energy saver extension on G4 867? Running 9.2.1 and have energy saver control panel which wants the extension. I can find no extension. The machine does try to sleep but fails with a clicking cycling. Any help appreciated.

Check the OS CD. Do a custom install and see what turns up.

Somehow you got the wrong Energy Saver control panel. OS 9.2.1 comes with version 3.0.5 which needs no extension.
