Get rid of battery icon on iMac?

Message #1 - Posted 2006/01/15 - Cap'n

A while back I CCC'd 10.3.9 from my iBook to a fresh Panther install on my iMac, but it gave me the battery icon in the task bar too! Anyway to delete it?

Cheers

As it's the Energy Saver prefs on the iMac, there isn't one!

..unless you meant remove it on the iBook & then do another clone?

Isn't there? OK, how about just command-dragging the battery menu off the menu bar - it ought to vanish in a puff of smoke.

Cheers,

Chris
