My Laptop is getting realy hot when playing World of WarCraft. I checked the firmware version and its seems up to date. (1.18f2)
Is there any chance of damage to the system due to overheating? The hard drive is also a 7200 RPM which probably runs hot too.
I found a piece of software which claims to help with this issue. http://81.169.182.62/~eidac/software/page5/page5.html But the little voice in my head is saying... beware...
Its a brand new laptop. Should I call Apple for support?

Are all the fans on ? Does it sound like a jet aircraft about to take off ?
It's doing the right thing. Leave it alone. If it overheats, then you have something to tell Apple about.
