Has any one else noticed battery improvements with the latest security update?
With the 10.3.7 update my battery plummeted. It's 1.5 yrs. old and I was not sure it just didn't coincidentally go all the way south; it had already been poorly. I did try every proven method and superstitious trick I could find. I did so several times. I then resigned myself to the fact the battery was just about gone. Now it's absolutely great. The difference? The latest security update. That's all. Nothing else was changed. I've been web surfing, checking mail, and working in AppleWorks for almost 45 minutes. I still have 95% remaining.
So it goes.

As soon as I hit Post I get the message the battery is about gone. It went straight from 95% to 1 %. Still, while the % was screwy, I hadn't gotten more than 40-45 mins. since it was about a year old.
