iMAC Starting problem

Message #1 - Posted 2004/10/07 - Darren

We have an iMAC G3 333mhz at work. Used it last week and it worked great! Running 10.3
We unpluged it, and moved it to another location, pluged it in and now have a problem. When we hit the power button, it lights, and the drive starts to spin for about 2 seconds, and then it shuts down, and the light goes off.
We did not drop it or anything when we moved it, so not sure what is going on.

You probably just need a new PRAM battery. Itπs a 1/2AA Lithium 3.6 volt. You can get one at Radio Shack.
