Macbook Temps

Message #1 - Posted 2008/03/09 - Clive Sinclair

First of al I don't have any problems with my C2D 2.16 MBP, but I was browsing http://www.apple.com/batteries/notebooks.html

and it shows the best temperature range for Macbooks is 50 to 95 degrees F

According to istat (latest version) ALL my temps are above 95F, yet my fans are at 1999 rpm

Are the specs wrong, should that be Celcius?

Clive

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take..... but by the moments that take our breath away.

That's the temperature of your room, I'd guess.

And those are the temperatures inside the machine, I'd guess.

Nope, and bear in mind they're an American company and haven't quite got the hang of metric yet...

Cheers,

Chris
