After a power outage, my mirrored drive door G4 won't start: While I hold the power buttin in, it lights up, but nothing else happens (no drives or fans start). When I let go of the ppower button, it dims out, and the computer seems totally dead. I have noticed that the FireWire 400 port is powered, plugging in my iPod causes it to "power up" and after a while the "Ok to Unplug" sign appears in the display.
Anyone have a suggestion as to what could be wrong? Could it be the power supply? (That would be somewhat strange, since there is power for the power button light and for the FireWire bus.) Anything else?

Lucily, this wasn't the case; after a tip on Apple's discussion forum, I reset the PMU, and the box works like a charm.
