I'm not sure about this, so I haven't tried it. PB G4 12" aluminum. While plugged into AC, can I remove the battery with the power on, or at least with the computer asleep? I always shut down just because I don't know for sure. Hot swappable batteries would make charging up a second battery easier (albeit impossible when operating on battery power, duh).

So long as the computer is plugged in, you can remove the battery. I typically sleep the machine so I'm not stressing the HD when I flip it over.

'indiana' is a 'nolnn' and 'hoosier' is a 'solkk'. Indiana doesn't solkk.
