Security update brakes DHCP after sleep

Since applying the security update, both my home and work computers have trouble with DHCP after waking from sleep.

Since applying the security update, both my home and work computers have trouble with DHCP after waking from sleep. The low-level networking seems to be OK because Network Utility shows packets going back and forth. My home server says it's replying to DHCP requests.

My work computer logs lots of "no route to host" errors on a broadcast address then recovers after a minute or two. My home computer logs nothing and only recovers by cycling the Ethernet interface down and up or rebooting.

Anybody seen this or know what system component to downgrade?
