switching start up drive via keyboard upon startup?

Message #1 - Posted 2004/01/29 - AUTOKAWKR

Can I change start up drives via a keyboard command upon startup? I have 2 drives in my Mac and I set it to open with the other drive. Well I can't find the passwords to get into it now. How can I get past the password protection or switch back to my other hard drive? Thanks in advance

hold the option key as you boot - you'll see a list of bootable drives. Pick the right one
