Wakeup problem on G5 w. OS 10.3.3

My Dual 1.8 GHz G5 running Mac OS 10.3.3 now wakes up as it should but then immediately goes back to sleep.

My Dual 1.8 GHz G5 running Mac OS 10.3.3 now wakes up as it should but then immediately goes back to sleep. Repeated hitting of the space bar and/or mouse clicking gives repeated cycles of wakeup and sleep.
Eventually, after say 10-20 wakeup-sleep cycles, the Mac stays awake. This problem started after I installed the Mac utility "Cocktail". All was fine before.
What can I do to fix this irritating problem? Thanks.

Looks as though you have already identified the problem -- cocktail.

Try removing cocktail and see whether you problem goes away.

Cocktail is just an app. It just sits there doing nothing when you're not using it.
