Weird ibook (dual USB) battery behavior

Message #1 - Posted 2004/01/28 - Tho X. Bui

Plug in one of my battery today, and it read 22 hours! Wonder what's going on....Should I keep running it until it dies to see if the battery really lasts 22 hours :-)?

Actually you probably should if you haven't run the battery down recently. It'll help recalibrate the time estimates.

Well, that was bad advice for me. The battery is down to nuthin, and will no longer take a charge :-(

Erk. Out of curiosity:

How old was the battery?
How much time _did_ you get out of it?
